The process was very professionally done and informative.  The team of two allowed me and in fact, encouraged me to accompany them around the house to see what they were finding.  They were very helpful and spent a good deal of time explaining their findings and possible solutions.  I received a very detailed report that contained specific recommendations for improvements and materials on energy efficiency that will be helpful as I make the house more energy efficient.  In addition, they provided a detailed checklist that can be used to keep track of the improvements made for future reference.  We were very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.
