Brightcut Building Solutions LLC is a central North Carolina-based company of energy raters specializing in home energy audits for existing homes and ENERGY STAR and green certifications for new homes. We are an ENERGY STAR partner and member of RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network).

Energy auditors at Brightcut Building Solutions, LLC are both certified BPI (Building Performance Institute) Analyst and Envelope Professionals and certified HERS (Home Energy Rating System) energy raters.  This means the raters have had rigorous training covering the technical fields of building science, green building and home energy performance. Our auditors use state-of-the-art scientific equipment to evaluate energy efficiency, identify problem areas and give cost-effective solutions to the homeowner.  Following these recommendations will give you a more comfortable, less drafty home and lower energy bills.
